Thank you for visiting my home page. I am a certified residential real estate appraiser. Since 1991 I have served clients throughout most of Colorado. I am approved to perform FHA appraisals. In order to better serve my clients, I have aligned myself with 6 other independent appraisers in the Denver, Colorado Springs, and Grand Junction areas. We are currently seeking to expand our client base, and would appreciate you considering using our services for your appraisal needs. Below are the answers to questions that we typically receive from potential clients.

     1.   The areas we typically serve include the following counties: Pueblo, El Paso, Douglas, Elbert, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Denver, Broomfield, Boulder, Adams, Weld, Larimer, Park, Mesa, Garfield, Gilpin and Clear Creek.

     2.   Our fees are typically $350.00 for a URAR appraisal, and $375.00 for an FHA appraisal. NOTE: We may charge a premium for homes in outlying areas for the additional drive time. We may also charge a premium for the appraisal of homes with a market value that exceeds $1,000,000. With all premium appraisals, we will inform you of the premium charge prior to accepting the assignment.

     3.   Typcally our turn-around time for an appraisal is 2-3 days. Again, if we ar unable to meet a 3 day time frame, we will inform you prior to accepting the assignment. Also, if you need an appraisal done quicker than 2 days, please let us know. We can usually accommodate your rush requests. Often times we can deliver 24 hour service.
